To qualify, experts must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must be insured
• Experience in installing premium vinyl products and are committed to delivering quality service
• Take great pride in his/her work
• Thoroughly inspect all jobs prior to beginning, during and after completion
• Complete project installation in a timely manner
• Ensure homeowners are satisfied with entire process and the completed installation
• Collect final payment from the customer
• Coordinate and communicate with Window World® to ensure resolution of any customer issues
• Complete relevant project billing paperwork
• Ability to provide personal and business references and samples of workmanship

Essentials:

• Own truck, hand tools and brake
• Knowledge of relevant products, application, industry and market knowledge
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (both written and verbal)
• Good interpersonal skills with a strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
• Incorporate proper safety precautions on the job (as required by OSHA)
• Must be able to provide personal and professional references and pass a background check
• Successfully pass Window World's Installer Certification Test
• Ensure project exceeds customer's expectations

Experience: minimum of 10 years
Education: HS Diploma/GED
