To qualify, consultants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Deliver excellent customer service, this is a must
• Professionally and courteously demonstrate Window World® products and consult homeowners in their purchase
• Accurately measure and price product
• Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions
• Complete relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner; follow-up
• Continually update product and market knowledge
• Ability to make good decisions
• This is a commission-based position

Essentials:

• Basic computer skills and office equipment (fax machine, copy machine, phone)
• Able to work cooperatively as part of a team
• Detail oriented and ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal with excellent presentation skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to lift up to 55 pounds
• Competitive, persuasive communication skills/good listener, open to coaching, and disciplined.
• Must be able to provide personal and professional references and pass a background check

Experience: 1+ years in-home sales
Education: HS Diploma/GED
