After overcoming major physical challenges from a 2001 motocross accident, he brings that same determination to supporting his team. Layne Jones brings over seven years of experience to his role as Senior Project Estimator in Window World’s Commercial Division, following a 41-year career in aerospace technical business development. A University of Texas at Arlington graduate, he worked on military aircraft transparencies for the F-16 and B1 Bomber. Derek Milhousen has served a year as Project Estimator at Window World of Dallas. With a Business Management degree and Midwest powerlifting background, he shows drive and achievement. Derek balances an active family life with his wife, four children, granddaughters, and dogs, while enjoying zoos and museums. His problem-solving guides his home improvement work.
